Appointments are arranged for transfer and international students who have questions regarding the application process for their specific programs at the university. Please call (312) 996-4350 to schedule an individual appointment.

| Engineering | For a weekday information session and tour, complete the UIC reservation form or call the College of Engineering 's Undergraduate Student Affairs Office at (312) 996-3463 weekdays between the hours of 9am-4:30pm. Visits to specific departments in the College can be made by calling directly using this contact page. |
| Nursing | Nursing offers information sessions on select dates throughout the year. Additionally, nursing provides over the phone counseling at 312-996-7800. |
| Nutrition | Nutrition offers an information session for prospective students on the first Monday of the month at 5:30 p.m. (except when UIC is closed) at 1919 W. Taylor, Room 607. For more information, call (312) 996-7890. |
| Performing Arts Theatre | Neil McCollam is available to schedule individual or group tours by appointment usually M-F 9am -5pm for a 30 min tour and info session. Please call or e-mail with at least 24 hour advance notice at 312-996-3991 or nealmac@uic.edu |
