Appointments are arranged for transfer and international students who have questions regarding the application process for their specific programs at the university. Please call (312) 996-4350 to schedule an individual appointment.

Visit Opportunities with a Department or College
Some academic programs offer additional opportunities for individual campus visits or appointments. Please refer to the list below:
| Architecture, Design & the Arts | Ryan Hays, College Recruitment Coordinator, is available to schedule individual or group tours by appointment usually M-F 9am-4pm for a tour and info session. Please e-mail with at least 48 hour advance notice at ryanahays@uic.edu and indicate whether the area of interest is Architecture, Art, Art History, Design, Music or Theatre. Group visits are limited to high school age and college level prospective transfer students. |
| Engineering | The College of Engineering 's Undergraduate Student Affairs Office can be reached at (312) 996-3463 weekdays between the hours of 9am-4:30pm. We recommend scheduling the visit before or after an information session and tour with the office of admissions. Visits to specific departments in the College can be made by calling directly using this contact page. |
| Nursing | Nursing offers information sessions on select dates throughout the year. Additionally, nursing provides over the phone counseling at 312-996-7800. |
| Nutrition | Nutrition offers an information session for prospective students on the first Monday of the month at 5:30 p.m. (except when UIC is closed) at 1919 W. Taylor, Room 607. For more information, call (312) 996-7890. |
