Weekday Visits

Students and their families are encouraged to visit campus and learn more about UIC. Please feel free to call us at (312) 996-4350 if you have any questions.

Visiting during the week while class is in session is a great way to experience what it is like to be a UIC student. The following visit opportunities are available every weekday throughout the year, except on select holidays.

Monday - Friday

• Information Session, Campus and Residence Hall Tour
  UIC Information Center, Student Center East
  750 S. Halsted Street
  10 am: Information Session Begins
  
  Students and their parents are encouraged to attend an information session to learn about UIC admission procedures, financial aid, housing, academic programs, and to have any questions they may have answered. The information session is followed by a student-led walking tour of UIC and will include visits to the classrooms, the library, the student union and other areas of the undergraduate campus. Following the campus tour, students will have the option to visit a residence hall with members of the campus housing team.
  
  While no appointment is necessary, please take a moment to fill out the prospective student link in advance of your visit.  Please arrive at the Information Center promptly at 10 am.

  Appointments are arranged for transfer and international students who have questions regarding the application process for their specific programs at the university. Please call (312) 996-4350 to schedule an individual appointment.
