ADDITIONAL RESUME AND COVER LETTER INTERNET RESOURCES

Do NOT use a resume template! 3 great reasons to create your own...
There are ads all over the Internet offering free resume templates and free cover letter templates. You can also find resume templates on Word. While it's tempting to use these, if you do:

  1. Your resume will be rejected by applicant tracking software whenever you upload it to an organization's career site.
  2. You will be asked by websites to pay them to write your documents for you.
  3. Templates make it very hard to make changes, and you will be updating your resume constantly throughout your career as you acquire more experience.

You can create a terrific resume yourself with help from us!
