• Networking is more than just schmoozing at a party. Learn how to use sites such as LinkedIn and YouTube for exploration, job search, and to expand your professional contacts.
• Learn how to use facebook, twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube to build strong, reliable relationships with prospective employers!

• Learn about career resources in the field of criminal law and justice.

• Learn to professionally negotiate and get what you need!

• Come to the commuter center to get some helpful tips

• Open to everyone
• This workshop will be presented by the UI Alumni Career Center and is designed to help students expand your job search after graduation using resources available off campus and through the UI Alumni Career Center.

• Join us for interactive workshops designed to address questions like:
  
     - What can I do with a major in (*insert major here*)?
     - How do I decide between majors?
     - What are my career options?
     - How do I know the right path?

• Are you an English major?
• Are you preparing for a career in your field?
• If so, then come attend this workshop that will explain the necessary steps for a successful career plan while still in college.

• Meets every Tuesday for four weeks, November 13th - December 4th
• If you're not sure what you want to do for your career, here's your opportunity to assess who you are and what work best fits you.
• Prior registration is required, call 312-996-2300 and speak with Steph to get registered.

• In the USA, resumes and CVs are both marketing documents used in ones job search. However the industries for which they are used and the details within each documents differs.
• In this workshop learn about the difference between the two and how to put together a Curriculum Vitae that best markets you.

• Representatives from Higgins and Carter LLC will provide information on how to prepare for law school admissions while in undergraduate studies.
