Be sure to indicate the name(s) of the attendee(s) on the check, money order or purchase order.

Registrations are not complete until payment is received. Registrations accompanied by credit card guarantee your registration. If paying by check, money order or purchase order, payment must be received within 10 business days of your registration. If you anticipate any delays in submission of your payment, please contact External Education, otherwise, failure to do so may result in a cancelation of your registration. You will receive written notification via e-mail if your registration is cancelled due to lack of payment.

Cancelation Policy

Cancelations must be received in writing prior to March 28 in order to receive a refund less a $50 administrative fee. Send cancelations to blended@uic.edu or by fax to (312) 413-9730. Cancelations received after this date will not be refunded.
