Campus Research Board
The Campus Research Board(CRB) is designed to provide seed money to research projects in their beginning stages. It awards startup money to tenured and tenure-track UIC faculty for research projects.
The CRB competition is open to tenured and tenure-track UIC faculty in the following broad disciplines: Basic Life Sciences, Clinical Sciences, Natural Sciences & Engineering, and Social Sciences.
Applicants from the Arts, Architecture, and Humanities may apply to the OVCR-AAH Competition, administered by the Institute for the Humanities. The Institute for the Humanities is located on the lower level of Stevenson Hall, 996-6354, huminst@uic.edu
