Illinois Prevention Research Center: Partnering to Promote Health in Urban Communities

Community Partners

The cornerstone of the Illinois Prevention Research Center is effective community partnerships. Partnerships include an active and engaged Community Advisory Board (CAB) and positive collaborations with community partners (including local businesses, faith-based organizations, other community organizations, and medical providers), local and state health departments, local and national health advocacy organizations, and collaborations with the public health and health sciences schools at the University of Illinois at Chicago.
