Be a star witness and help a police artist create a computerized composite sketch of a suspect. Other high tech equipment and police dispatching will be observed.
Beginning Theater Workshop: movement and improvisation
Fundamentals of acting will be taught through acting and improv games that focus on concentration, imagination, trust, and having fun. Wear loose and comfortable clothes.
Human Proteins made by Bacterial Cells
Bacterial cells with human cDNA will be cultured, and human brain and red cell proteins will be purified. Biophysical methods will be used to “see” the proteins.

Come see what it is like in a real emergency room! Watch nurses care for patients, tour the inside of an ambulance and practice putting on bandages.
What's in my tummy? - GI Lab
What does the inside of your stomach look like? Come and found out. Videos and hands-on demonstrations of medical equipment used to investigate stomach disorders plus listening to the human heart and other fun activities.
Road to Recovery—Ortho/Rehab
What happens after a major illness or injury? Come learn how patients are taught to care for themselves at home. Nurses will have girls listen to a heartbeat, take a blood pressure, use a thermometer, apply bandages, and other hands-on medical equipment.
