2nd Annual Bystander Film Festival
“Act Now Chicago!” is a short film contest. In the spirit of ’96 hour” shooting contest, this film festival aims to bring about creative and artistic ways to use video production to promote and further the discussion about bystander intervention. Teams looking to compete must choose a category (i.e. sexual assault, domestic violence, stalking) and produce a three minute short video about bystander intervention and write, shoot, edit, and submit the video in 96 hours.

Open Registration: Feb 11th – march 4th
Team Orientation: 3/12 at 3pm - in Corboy room 306
Content Sessions: March 14th – March 22nd
Note: you will have to attend only one of the following
3/14 at 3:30pm (Sexual Assault Content Session) - in Corboy room 208
3/19 at 4pm (Dating Violence Content Session) - in Corboy room 206
3/21 at 4:30pm (Stalking Content Session) - in Corboy room 208
96hrs competition!!: April 8th – April 11th
Screening day: April 13th
