Information for Presenters Welcome Women's Leadership Symposium Presenters!Please be sure to stop by the registration table before your workshop to find out the location of your workshop and to pick up your workshop evaluations. We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes to an hour before your workshop to make sure your room set-up is correct and that your AV equipment is running smoothly. Please remember to save five minutes at the end of your workshop to have the participants fill out workshop evaluations. Please collect them and turn them in at the registration table after the workshop is over. Because we will have participants register the day of the symposium, unless it is indicated that your workshop is closed, please bring 10 extra hand outs to accommodate last-minute additions. This year our participants include UIC faculty, staff, students from UIC and other institutions, and community members. Parking is available at the cash lot located across the street from Student Center at 801 S. Halsted Street . Current parking assignments can be switched for the day by presenting your hangtag. UIC's Student Center East is located at 750 S. Halsted. Directional signs will be posted throughout the building to guide you to the registration table. If you need specific directions, please call Athanasia at 312-413-1025. We look forward to seeing you!
