The Academic and Curricular Affairs Subcommittee of the Chancellor's Committee on the Status of Women is pleased to announce that they will be sponsoring a limited number of scholarships for faculty women to attend the Women's Leadership Symposium.

These scholarships will be awarded on a first come first serve basis.

The request for a faculty scholarship will need to be submitted to the Office of Women's Affairs either by

1) Sending an e-mail Alana Stegich at: astegi1@uic.edu

* Include Faculty Scholarship in the subject heading

* Include your registration form either copied directly to the e-mail message or copied to a word document and attached to the e-mail.

2) Or by faxing your registration form to Alana Stegich at 413-8393 with Faculty Scholarship written on the top of the document.
