UIC Hosts Illinois Education Leadership Summit

Pre-school through College (P-16) educational leaders tackle initiatives and partnerships for enhancing teacher training, development and retention in Illinois.

What: Action-specific, goal-defined initiatives in which the University of Illinois and
others are engaged in teacher preparation, retention and professional development will be deliberated by 100 educational and business leaders; two panel discussions and luncheon address by new Illinois state schools superintendent.
