Here is a map showing interstate expressways around UIC. We are at the intersection of Einsenhower 290 and Dan-Ryan 90/94.

The best place to park your car is Lot 4 at Halsted and Taylor. If full, go to Lot 5 located at Morgan. Our Physics Department is just across Lot 4 inside the building of SCIENCE ENGINEERING SOUTH (SES).

CTA subway passes the north side of the campus.

Exits from Expressways:

(1) From West of Eisenhower (a) Go around the INTERSECTION of Eisenhower 
                                and Dan Ryan. Turn into Dan Ryan (South).
                                Exit at Taylor and turn west to the 
                                parking lot #4; or 
                            (b) Exit at Racine before the downtown, 
                                go south and turn east at Taylor.

(2) From North of Kennedy:  Exit at Taylor after DOWNTOWN, then turn 
                            west.

(3) From south of Dan Ryan: Exit at Roosevelt, turn west, turn into 
                            Halsted (north)

(4) From East of Congress:  If you come from the Congress Parkway, turn into
                            90/94 INDIANA and exit at Taylor street. You need 
                            to cross two lanes to exit. If you feel too 
                            risky,  go by city streets, e.g. Roosevelt Rd.
