Study on Relationship Satisfaction, Spirituality, Religion and Self-Esteem

I am looking for gay, lesbian, and heterosexual couples to participate in a study (online survey) on relationship satisfaction, spirituality, religion and self-esteem. Both members of the couple are needed for participation. If you and your partner/spouse would like to participate, please send both of your emails to me at lmdillon@gmail.com

Online Research Survey with Chance for $$$

You are invited to participate in a research study to explore romantic relationships between women. I am a doctoral student at the University of Rhode Island. The information gained through this research will be used to better understand how women relate in romantic relationships and how they define, view and experience closeness in their relationships.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary, confidential and anonymous. Once you complete the survey, you will be given the option to be entered (via email) in a random drawing for one of 25 monetary rewards totaling $600 (one $100, four $50, ten $20 and 10 $10 American Express gift cards or similar).

In order to participate, you must be: 1) at least 18 years old, 2) English speaking, and 3) a woman (biological sex) 4) currently in a committed, romantic relationship with another woman for at least six months. Your participation does not depend on the way you identify in terms of your sexual orientation. Therefore, you may identify as lesbian, gay, straight, bisexual, or any other term you choose. Adult Children of Gay Parents

Hello, I am seeking adults, (age 18 and older) who have lived with their heterosexual parents and now live (or lived) in a lesbian or gay stepfamily for a research study to fulfill requirements for my Doctoral Dissertation.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR PARTICIPATION:

  • You must be at least eighteen years of age.
  • You must have lived with your heterosexual biological parents for at least three years.
  • One of your biological parents announced she is lesbian or he is gay and therefore divorced.
  • You must have subsequently lived or are currently living with your lesbian or gay parent and her or his same-sex partner for at least three years.
  • You must be available for an interview, approximately one and one-half hour in length, with possibility of a follow-up interview if additional information or clarification is needed.

Seeking Participants:18 years old, transgender,
US resident, sexually active with men

The Program in Human Sexuality at the University of Minnesota is currently recruiting participants for a project looking at nontrans men who have sex with trans people. Our long-term goal is to develop an online resource to improve sexual health for trans people and their male partners. At the moment, we are looking for trans people who have sex with nontrans men to take part in online focus groups. We will soon also be recruiting nontrans men who has sex with trans people for both online focus groups and a survey. Male and Female Victims of Dating Violence in
Both Heterosexual and Same-Sex Relationships

To be eligible to participate in my study, you will need to be between the ages of 18 and 24 years old, enrolled in a college or university, are in or have been in a dating relationship, and have experienced at least one episode of abuse or violence by your dating partner.

Women's Health and Identity Study

My name is Ryan Cheperka and I am a counseling psychology graduate student at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. I am currently working on my master's thesis, chaired by Dr. Ann R. Fischer, and would like to ask for your help as I examine self-identified lesbian women's attitudes about relationships and about bisexual women. Participation in this study is voluntary and you may withdraw at any time.

Completion of the survey will take approximately 5 to 10 minutes and your responses will remain confidential. Women's Health and Identity Study

The Women’s Health and Identity Study (WHIS) is seeking bisexual women to participate in a survey about their health and identity. If you self identify as bisexual, are at least 25 years old and are a woman, you may be eligible to participate. You will be asked to complete a brief survey about yourself and your health, including questions about health insurance, substance use and experiences of discrimination. In addition, some women will be randomly selected to participate in a more in-depth interview. Participation will take between 20 to 90 minutes. All participants will be compensated for their time with a $10 gift card to major retail establishment.
