Call NOW for room reservations. We had several hundred rooms held for conference registrants through January 20, 1998. A couple of hotels extend our hold through February 3. All of these rooms have now all been released to the general public and regular guest rates apply (if space is available). The American Dental Association (ADA) convention is in town at the same time as our conference so we strongly encourage our registrants to reserve their rooms as soon as possible! The ADA has a high cancellation rate so last minute rooms may open up across downtown. Don't be discouraged if you are registering late.

el, bus or cab.
There is a free hotel referral service that you can contact for help in finding a room. The MBLGTCC does not endorse this business but, as hotel space is very tight, conference registrants may want to consider it. Again, we can help match up folks to share rooms and thus reduce costs.
