Campus Recreation’s One on One Assessment Phase features a comprehensive three step process that includes a professional fitness assessment, consultation, and an individually designed fitness program.

Step 1: Fitness Assessment
The staff at the Human Performance Lab perform the assessment. The assessment is a safe, effective, and reliable method of determining your current fitness level and distinguishing special needs you may have. The assessment includes a wide variety of physiological tests, including :
- Resting Vital Signs
- Body Composition
- Muscular Strength &
- Endurance
- Flexibility
- Aerobic Capacity
Step 2: Fitness Consultation
A One on One personal trainer of your choice will meet with you to discuss general fitness concepts, results of your assessment, and information about exercise. Topics may include:
- Body Image
- Nutrition Concepts
- General Fitness Guidelines
- Lifestyle Motivation
Step 3: Individual Program Design
In conjunction with your consultation, the trainer will design a personal fitness program especially for you based on your fitness assessment results, fitness goals, and personal interests and lifestyle.
All first time clients must complete the Assessment Phase before purchasing training sessions
