If you have been through our Team Challenge program and are interested in learning about the philosophies behind the experience, take our Facilitator Training course into consideration. This eight hour program explains the background of Adventure Education, styles of facilitation, and how to ultimately coordinate a Team Challenge through a series of lectures, activities, and lesson planning.

Participants will be led through eight hours of training that includes classroom lectures, an example Team Challenge, and creating a lesson plan to facilitate.

Who can benefit?

All students, faculty/staff, and community members may benefit and are welcome! Our Facilitator Training program gives participants the opportunity to understand a different perspective of team building and reflection. It also provides experience for personal and professional development from growth of leadership, communication, and teaching skills.
