Clients pay for massage therapy session prior to their appointment time at the Member Services Desk. Clients may choose to purchase one massage therapy session or buy a package of either 4 or 8 hourly massages.
Packages cannot be broken down into 30 minute sessions and they cannot be shared. All Sessions purchased are nonrefundable and expire within one year of purchase date.
Pay Policy
Cash, check and charge (Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover) will be accepted and checks are to be written for the price of the massage only. No cash can be given for checks written over the price of the massage. Tips are welcome and are to be given directly to the therapist and cash is recommended.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates may be purchased for single session massages. Gift Certificates have no expiration date. Contact Lynne Thompson, lynnetho@uic.edu for more information.
Late Policy
When a client is late they forfeit the time lost and are responsible for the full cost of the scheduled massage.
