STOCK ITEM

In order to accommodate departments UIC Office Supply keeps quantities of frequently used office supply products in stock and available. Stock items are generally available at a lower price then special ordered items and are immediately available for pick-up. We will also be more than happy to package and ship the item(s) over to you. Occasionally we will have an out-of-stock occurrence due to out-of-stock and/or discontinuance of product(s) by the manufacturer/distributor.

STOCK ITEM PRICING

Effective May 23, 2001, UIC Office Supply is replacing the 3-Level Pricing Guide with an all new, easier to read Single-Level Pricing Guide. All Stock Items wiil be offered at one low departmental price (comparable to the lowest level price in the previous guide). No longer will you have to decipher the pricing guide and then hold your orders until you have reached the desired purchase price. Departments can now purchase items at the lowest price regardless of the dollar amount ordered. For each item a manufacturers' suggested list price is included alongside your departmental purchase price, so that you can see your savings. The Stock Item Pricing Guide will be updated quarterly.
