Mission
SLDVS helps students to learn and serve through co-curricular opportunities designed to cultivate awareness of community needs and inspire advocacy for social justice through the development of personal and professional leadership abilities rooted in h3 academic foundations and unique intellectual perspectives.
Goals
SLDVS works with students in co-curricular learning experiences that will:
- Develop competencies for leadership on campus and in surrounding communities;
- Inspire growth in civic engagement from personal and professional perspectives; and
- Encourage understanding issues of social justice and advocacy for social concerns.
