Any faculty member is sociology may be an advisor. A list of phone numbers, e-mail addresses, and research interests for sociology faculty is available here. You can also leave a note in a faculty member's mailbox in 4112 BSB. Be sure to include a telephone number and time when you can be reached.
If you have difficulty schueduling a convenient advising appointment or if you need help with special problems such as transfer credits, proficiency exams, independent research, or study abroad programs, contact Professor James Norr at (312)996-5373.
Check with Professor Norr if you're interested in applied sociology, an internship, or co-operative education (course credit for paid work).
