Alliance Scholarship	Up to $4,500
These scholarships are need-based, with preference given to minorities and students from non-traditional majors for Alliance programs in India and China.
Eligibility Participation in an affiliated Alliance program in India or China Demonstrated financial need
Application Deadline: March 1 for all summer programs; April 1 for fall India programs; April 15 for fall China programs; October 15 for spring India programs; November 1 for spring China programs

Bridging Scholarships	Awards range from $2,500 to $4,000
This scholarship is awarded to American undergraduate students participating in study abroad programs in Japan for a semester or an academic year.

Application Deadline: April 8, 2013 for fall programs

CIEE Jennifer Ritzmann Scholarship for Studies in Tropical Biology	$1,000
This scholarship is to be awarded each semester, in the amount of $1000, to a qualified participant on either the Monteverde, Costa Rica Tropical Ecology and Conservation semester-long program or the Sustainability and the Environment semester-long program.
Eligibility Participation in the Monteverde semester program

DAAD Undergraduate Scholarships	650 Euros (monthly stipend)
DAAD, the German Academic Exchange Service, invites highly qualified undergraduate students to apply for scholarships funding study, senior thesis research and/or internships in Germany. The goal of this program is to support study abroad in Germany and at German universities. Preference will be given to students whose projects or programs are based at and organized by a German university. Scholarships are available either as part of an organized study abroad program or as part of an individual, student-designed study abroad semester or year.
Eligibility Sophomore or Junior status Preference for programs based at German Universities

DAAD University Summer Course Grant	880 Euros
This program provides scholarships to attend a broad range of three- to four-week summer courses at German universities which focus mainly on literary, cultural, political and economic aspects of modern and contemporary Germany. Extensive extracurricular programs complement and reinforce the core material. Scholarships are available for courses lasting a minimum of three weeks. The scholarship covers tuition, room and board in whole or in part.

IES Merit based Scholarships	Up to $3,000
IES has several merit-based scholarships worth up to $3,000 for a semester. Students must be accepted into an IES program and have an GPA of at least 3.3. Students may apply for more than one scholarship.
Elgibility Minimum 3.3 GPA Acceptance into IES program
Application Deadline: October 25 for spring programs, May 1 for fall programs

NSEP (Boren) Scholarships	Up to $8,000 for summer, Up to $10,000 for semester, Up to $20,000 for academic year
Boren Scholarships provide for U.S. undergraduate students to study abroad in areas of the world that are critical to U.S. interests and underrepresented in study abroad, including Africa, Asia, Central & Eastern Europe, Eurasia, Latin America, and the Middle East. The countries of Western Europe, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand are excluded.

Loyola Rome Center Scholarship	Up to $6,000
Loyola offers an automatic scholarship to UIC students who attend the John Felice Rome Center. The scholarship is equal to a 25% reduction on tuition and room and board for the fall and spring semesters.

LSE John C Phelan General Course Scholarships	Up to £15,000
The London School of Economics is pleased to announce four (4) scholarships with a value between £12,000-15,000 each for students accepted to the one year General Course study programme for 2012/13. This scholarship is available for study on the General Course. It is open to all nationalities and will be awarded on the basis of academic merit and financial need

Loyola JFRC Scholarships	Up to $7,500
Thanks to generous alumni-benefactors, the John Felice Rome Center (JFRC) offers various awards exclusively for students currently enrolled in accredited, baccalaureate-granting U.S. institutions who will be studying abroad at the JFRC during a subsequent semester.

UIC-ACT Scholarship	$1,000
Through generous support from the American College Of Thessaloniki, the UIC-ACT Scholarship was established in Spring 2013 to support students at public institutions in studying abroad. The award offers five (5) scholarships of $1,000 for the Fall 2013 semester at ACT.

UIC-ACT Scholarship	$1,000
Through generous support from the American College Of Thessaloniki, the UIC-ACT Scholarship was established in Spring 2013 to support students at public institutions in studying abroad. The award offers five (5) scholarships of $1,000 for the Fall 2013 semester at ACT.
