Faculty-led programs

The Study Abroad Office works with UIC faculty to develop and deliver short term summer programs.  These 4-6 week programs are open only to UIC students.  The curriculum is most often two courses totaling up to 7 credits, with a UIC faculty teaching one course and a local faculty teaching the other.

For Summer 2014, the following programs are now accepting applications.  Deadline to submit an application is March 21, 2014. The scholarship information below is specific to each program.  For additional scholarship opportunities go to the Scholarship page.
