Arden Handler is an associate professor of Maternal and Child Health at the University of Illinois School of Public Health. She has been involved in numerous projects related to increasing the capacity of the public sector to engage in information-based decision-making. She has also worked on a variety of research projects in the areas of maternal, perinatal and infant health.
