Karen Probert is the Executive Director of the Ottawa County Health Planning Commission (KS). She is also a consultant to the Association of State and Territorial Public Health Nutrition Directors, where she trains public health professionals across the country on how to develop community-based nutrition services. She is extensively published in professional journals, and has authored many education and resource materials on nutrition.
