If the video played, but you heard nothing, you will need to adjust your computer's volume, or check your computer's sound card, or check to make sure your speakers or headphones are correctly operating.

To view the webcast, you will also need a video card installed in your computer that is capable of displaying the video images. Most modern computers already have this. For best results, set your monitor to 1024 x 768, high color resolution.

Finally, you will need a stable internet connection of 56kbps or higher.
