1998-99 Highlights: In his first year of action, he played in 21 games
while earning the starting nod in eight…averaged 3.2 ppg and 3.0 rpg…tallied
in double figures twice during the season, including a career-high 12 points
on 4-of-5 field goal shooting, 2-of-3 three-point shooting and 2-of-2 free throws
against Wisconsin-Milwaukee on Feb. 13…added 11 points in the first half against
Illinois State on Dec. 23, but missed the second half after suffering an asthma
attack at halftime…grabbed a personal-best 10 rebounds versus Detroit in the
first round of the MCC Tournament while also handing off a career-high 6 assists
without a turnover…tallied 5 points and 8 rebounds in the home win over Loyola
on Jan. 23…hit 3-of-4 from the field and 2-of-2 beyond the three-point arc and
finished with 8 points and 5 rebounds in the road win at Alabama State on Nov.

Prep Highlights: As a senior, was named to the Chicago Sun-Times All-State
Team after leading Addison Trail with averages of 23.0 ppg, 10.1 rpg and 6.2
assists...tallied 12 "double-double" outings while his career-high 16 rebounds
came in an outing with Hinsdale Central...was named the West Suburban Conference
Player of the Year and was selected to the Illinois Basketball Coaches Association
Second Team All-State...also earned a spot on the Daily Herald's All-Area Team...helped
the Blazers to a 15-10 record and an 8-4 mark in the West Suburban Conference...ranked
among the top 100 seniors in the nation by talent scout Bob Gibbons...as a junior,
averaged 21.1 ppg, 8.9 rpg and 4.9 assists en route to IBCA Third Team All-State
accolades...a three-year starter at Addison Trail...tallied a career-high of
44 points against Proviso East as a sophomore...began his high school career
at St. Joseph High School in Westchester, Ill.
