1998-99: Averaged 2.6 points and a career-best 3.0 rebounds, playing
in 26 games, starting four...provided defensive support, setting career highs
in rebounds (79), blocks (5) and steals (8)...scored a season-high 11 points,
on 4-of-5 shooting, in the Flames' win over Boston University on Dec. 13...also
added four rebounds, two blocks and a steal in that contest...currently stands
fifth on the UIC career field goal percentage list (.478)...grabbed a season-best
seven boards on three occasions - versus Eastern Michigan on Dec. 17 , against
Loyola College on Dec. 21 and versus Eastern Illinois on Jan. 5...was a perfect
3-of-3 from the field and corralled five boards in 14 minutes of action at home
versus Detroit on Feb. 20.
1997-98: Saw action in all 27 games, making five starts...averaged
2.9 points and 2.8 rebounds per contest...earned her first career starting nod
at Wisconsin-Green Bay and grabbed five rebounds...came off the bench versus
Detroit to provide a major spark, contributing a career-high 16 points on 8-of-13
shooting from the field in UIC's 86-66 victory...tossed in 10 points, while
also snagging seven boards, in the following game, versus Cleveland State...knocked
down her only career three-pointer versus Kentucky...chipped in eight points
and seven rebounds in the MCC Tournament game versus Butler...impressive in
win at Loyola, contributing eight points, five rebounds and three steals.
1996-97: Appeared in 22 games as a freshman, averaging 1.3 points and
1.5 rebounds per outing...grabbed her first career collegiate rebound against
Mississippi State at the Holiday Inn-Overland Park Classic...played 13 minutes
at Detroit and snagged three boards...scored her first points of the season
versus Drake, finishing the game with three points...also had two steals in
that game...scored four points versus Northern Illinois and at Butler...tallied
six points and six rebounds in 15 minutes of action in an overtime win versus
Loyola...played a season-high 20 minutes versus Butler and posted nine rebounds,
two steals and a pair of assists to celebrate her 19th birthday.
HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year letterwinner at Bosse High School,
averaging 13.0
ppg and 10.0 rpg in her senior season...led the Bulldogs to a 16-7 ledger
and a sectional title in her final season only to fall in the regional
championship game...named all-metro, all-conference, academic all-city and
honorable mention academic all-state in her senior season...scored 27
points in a 58-27 Bosse win over Evansville North...earned 13 varsity
letters, participating in basketball, soccer, volleyball and tennis.
