Take advantage of this time to get to know yourself!
Know what kind of job you want and the qualifications you have to do the job. Take time to remember your experiences and what they have taught you.
How will this help you? Employers are impressed by those who can clearly express their goals and know what needs to be done to accomplish them. You may need to draw from your past experiences to answer several of the interview questions.
Look good.
Go to the interview looking presentable. This includes getting a good night sleep, showering and dressing appropriately. You may not need to wear a suit and tie or a dress, but your attire should be clean, ironed and respectable.
Review the list of Common Questions Asked by Employers.
Prepare a list of questions you would like to ask about the job position.
