Course Descriptions

Official course descriptions are available on the UIC Course Descriptions web page. This page contains descriptions for all courses offered at UIC. Not all of these courses are offered in summer. To see the selection of courses for summer, go to the Courses page or the Schedule of Classes.

Course Syllabi

Many academic departments post syllabi on their websites. You can check the appropriate academic department website to see if it is available online. If a syllabus is not posted online, contact the Summer Session Office at (312) 996-9099 or (800) 625-2013 and we’ll contact the instructor to see when the syllabus will be available.

You can check the East Campus Bookstore website beginning May 4 to see the textbook information for your classes and to order books online.
