Guide to Reading a Course Listing in the Schedule of Classes
Below is a guide to reading individual course listings in the Summer Schedule of Classes.
- Line 1 lists the course prefix and course number.
- Line 2 lists the course name.
- Line 3 indicates the credit value of the course and provides special information about the course, including prerequisite information.
- Line 4 lists the course reference number (section number), instructional type, time, meeting days, location, and instructor.
Days are abbreviated as follows:
M=Monday
T=Tuesday
W=Wednesday
R=Thursday
F=Friday
S=Saturday - Line 5 provides a special message, if applicable, pertaining only to the course reference number listed above it.
