Course Transferability
If you are planning to transfer a course back to your home college or university, it is your home institution that determines whether a particular UIC course will transfer. You will want to provide your home college advisor with the UIC course description for approval.Your advisor may also request a course syllabus. Many academic departments post syllabi on their websites. You can check the appropriate academic department website to see if it is available online. If a syllabus is not posted online, contact the Summer Session Office at (312) 996-9099 or (800) 625-2013 and we’ll contact the instructor to see when the syllabus will be available.
