NetID

If you forget your NetID, you can look it up using the UIC Online Phonebook. If you forget the password for your NetID, you can retrieve it online using the ACCC Password Changing Utility, or you can go to an ACCC computer lab and a lab consultant will assist you.

EnterpriseID

Often, your EnterpriseID will look the same as your NetID, so if your NetID is “joan,” your EnterpriseID will likely be “joan” too. If you forget your EnterpriseID or password, you can go to the Enterprise Password Reset web page. There, you will log in with your NetID and your NetID password. You can then see your EnterpriseID and change your EnterpriseID password. You can also contact the Administrative Information Technology Services (AITS) Help Desk at (312) 996-4806 for assistance with your EnterpriseID or password.
