Registration and Payment Instructions
You must complete two online forms to enroll in a class:
1) a registration form and 2) a tuition payment form.

1. First, scroll to the bottom of this page to complete the registration form. If you are a Tutorium or UIC student or employee, you must enter your UIN and netid. If you have any questions, please e-mail Terrie Byrne at tbyrn2@uic.edu.

2. Second, pay the tuition fee.

Your place in the course is reserved after both your online registration form and your tuition payment are complete. You will receive a confirmation email with course details and map within 5 days of payment.


General Program Information

  • Participants must be 18 years or older
  • I-20s for the F-1 visa are not issued for EIPS courses

Refund Policy

  • If you notify the Tutorium of your withdrawal before the first day of class, there is a $50 fee
  • If you notify the Tutorium of your withdrawal before the second
    week of classes, there is a $135 fee
  • No refunds are issued after the second week of classes begins
  • Credit card refunds can be processed immediately
  • Refunds for check payment may take 6-8 weeks
  • If the class is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment, all registrants will receive a full refund
