About Us

Welcome to the Chicago Center for Early Education (CCEE)

The Chicago Department of Family and Support Services and the University of Illinois at Chicago Center for Literacy were charged by the Mayor of Chicago to establish a resource center to serve the early childhood community in Chicago. They partnered with Malcolm X College one of the City Colleges of Chicago to house CCEE which includes library resources, computer lab, parent and teacher workspace, and training and meeting facilities. CCEE is located within Malcolm X College at the corner of Van Buren and Damen Streets.
