Presentations & Publications

The Center provides extensive public service contributions that are based upon innovative interpretations and applications of cutting-edge research.  It does this, however, in a way that supports and extends more traditional notions of academic scholarship.  Many Center projects have led to presentations and publications by UIC faculty, colleagues from other universities, and graduate students. The following list of publications and presentations are grouped according to major topical issues addressed. Although several of these entries could be included in more than one category, for the purposes of reporting, each item only appears once. In addition, the Center for Literacy staff makes many of its PowerPoint presentations available for viewing. Click on the link to the left to view them.
