Parental News: Stepping Into the Future

Parental News: Stepping Into the Future is a newsletter published by the Center for Literacy in partnership with the Chicago Department of Family and Support Services. Parental News is distributed to over 25,000 families enrolled in Head Start or Child Care programs. Each issue features programs and resources available to families with young children and includes do-it-yourself projects, pertinent articles addressing children's physical and educational needs, and fun free activities happening around the city. Parental News is published in English and Spanish and is available in PDF form.
