The Science Connection is a collaborative effort between Early Outreach, Urban Health, and the Douglass Middle School located on Chicago's Westside. This whole-school program promotes science education supported by parental involvement. Activities include a "Family Science Fun Night", a multi-media science resource center, kite flying contests, science fairs, workshops, and presentations by college staff, faculty, and students.
