The internal UIC coordinator for your meeting or event will be expected to be on site for the entire pre-event set-up, including catering and facility movers, and remain on the floor during the event until the last person responsible for clean up has left.
Room Reservation Policies for 2550 UH, 2650 UH, 2750 UH, 2701 UH
- Reservations are required at least 24 hours hour prior to usage.
- Cancellation is desired at least 24 hours prior to your reserved time.
- The room layouts are conference style only.
- AV Tech needs must be noted on your request form.
- Catering is the responsibility of the meeting/event host. Remember to allow time for set-up and take down. The room should be left in the same condition it was found.

Policy for Non-Campus Groups
Non-campus groups wishing to meet within campus buildings must obtain UIC departmental sponsorship pursuant to the Facility Use Policy.
Please submit a sponsorship letter via e-mail or campus mail, on department letterhead to the Office of the Chancellor no less than 15 days prior to your event or at the same time you submit your reservation request. The sponsorship letter must include the name, phone number, and e-mail address if a contact person from the sponsoring UIC department or unit. All requests are subject to review and approved at the discretion of the Chancellors Office. There may be a charge assessed to cover reasonable costs associated with the room usage. When imposed, the group will be required to pay in advance.
You are responsible for posting you own directional or meeting notice signs. Please remember to remove them after your meeting/event is finished.
Audio-Visual Equipment and IT Support
All the rooms are equipped with Audio/Visual (AV equipment.) The AV features for each facility can be viewed on the reservation page. If you require additional equipment, please note this in the reservation request. Any custom set-ups will be subject to AV fees and staff availability.
Wireless network access is available throughout the building for faculty, staff and students with a valid UIC NetID. One wired network connection is also available in each conference room for internet access. A valid UIC NetID is not required in order to use the wired network connection.
