The internal UIC coordinator for your meeting or event will be expected to be on site for the entire pre-event set-up, including catering and facility movers, and remain on the floor during the event until the last person responsible for clean up has left.

Please provide the following information to begin the reservation process. A staff member will contact you to confirm your reservation and event needs. Submitting this form does not guarantee reservation.

*Please remember to include both set-up and clean-up in your timeframe.

*If there will be food and/or beverages at your event, please make sure the catering spread (all food, drinks, utensils, etc.) is removed from the conference room when the event is over.
