Honors Activity Reporting Service (HARS)

HARS is a system which allows you to:

View completed and pending Honors activities
Obtain copies of agreement forms
Obtain completion forms
Cancel activities

Submit an activity agreement form each semester

Each semester students, and their fellows, determine what they will do for an honors activity. Students will fill out and submit the appropriate Honors Activity Agreement form, and obtain the appropriate signatures. Browse to the Honors Activity page for a listing of possible activities and their corresponding forms.

Viewing activities

HARS will list all activities, pending, cancelled, and completed for which you have submitted an agreement form online.
The system starts by showing how many agreement forms you have submitted, how many agreement forms are awaiting signatures, and how many completion forms are awaiting signatures. The web page also counts the number of activities you have completed, and allows you to view details of each activity.

Obtaining agreement forms

If you have submitted an agreement form online, you can print out the paper form through HARS. To do this,

  1. Go to your HARS homepage and log in.
  2. Click on the view button next to "Number of agreement forms awaiting signatures."
  3. Click on the ID number for the appropriate Activity Agreement signature form.
  4. Print the page that appears and obtain all necessary signatures
  5. Turn in the signed agreement form to the Honors College front desk.

Obtaining completion forms (not capstone)

In order to obtain a completion form, your signed agreement form must have been received by the Honors College.
To view/print completion forms:

  1. Go to your HARS homepage and log in.
  2. Click on the view button next to "Number of forms awaiting completion signatures."
  3. Click on the ID number for the activity you want the completion form for.
  4. Print the page that appears and obtain all necessary signatures
  5. Turn in the signed completion form to the Honors College front desk.

Obtaining capstone progress/completion forms

In order to obtain a completion form, your signed agreement form must have been received by the Honors College.
To view/print completion forms:

  1. Go to your HARS homepage and log in.
  2. Click on the view button next to "Number of forms awaiting completion signatures."
  3. Click on the button for either a progress report or completion form for the activity number you want.
  4. Print the page that appears and obtain all necessary signatures
  5. Turn in the signed form to the Honors College front desk.

Changed your activity?

Fill out a new agreement form and get the appropriate signatures.
You will also need to cancel the old activity.

Have you submitted multiple forms for a semester?

You must cancel the activities you will not complete. Otherwise those activities will be counted as incomplete.

Cancelling activities

  1. Go to your HARS homepage and log in.
  2. Click on the appropriate view button depending on whether the activity is awaiting an agreement form or completion form.
  3. Find the activity you want to cancel by ID number.
  4. Click the cancel button to the right.

If you wish to reinstate an activity, you may do so by following the instructions above.
