The Home Health MonitorHome Health Monitor (12267 bytes)

The HHM is a hand held device with an integrated modem which automatically transmits the following physiologic indices directly to a computer server:

  • Blood pressure levels and pulse-rate (automatic, non-invasive)
  • Weight
  • Blood oxygen saturation levels
  • Glucose levels
  • PT and INR*
  • FEV and PEF*

*These functionalities are in development and are not available at this time.


Clinical Applications

The Home Health Telemanagement System enables Hospitals, Home Care, Managed Care, and Capitated "at-risk" health-care providers to cost-effectively manage recurrence and exacerbation of chronic conditions in patients.
