Students and enrolled dependents may make an appointment with a CampusCare Health Center Physician at the CampusCare Health Center location below.
Please remember, covered services must be provided or authorized by a CampusCare Health Center Physician unless they meet the Emergency Care guidelines or as preauthorized by the CampusCare Medical Director or designee. Referrals are required for authorized services provided outside the CampusCare Health Center.
