Preferred Pharmacy Locations

All CampusCare members can utilize any of the pharmacies listed below. Please show your CampusCare ID Card or I-Card when picking up prescriptions. Please view the pharmacy benefit under the Benefit Summary section on the web page.

 

Members also have access to any external pharmacy, such as Walgreens or CVS. Member must pay amount in full upfront and mail in all original receipts and the pharmacy identification sheet for reimbursement. Member is responsible for the prescription co-pay. View claims mailing address.

 

Members can also go to and only pay the required co-payment either $10, $20 or $40 dollars and have the remaining balance being billed directly to CampusCare, at the pharmacy listed below.

The Pharmacy Benefit Maximum is $2,500 per Academic Year. Members can utilize any licensed pharmacy and pay the full amount up front and mail the original receipt and the pharmacy identification sheet for reimbursement to:
