Enrolled students and dependents may make an appointment with a CampusCare Health Center Physician or Nurse Practitioner at the CampusCare Health Center location below without a referral.

Please remember, covered services must be provided or authorized by a CampusCare Health Center Provider unless they meet the Emergency Care guidelines or as preauthorized by the CampusCare Medical Director or designee. Referrals are required for authorized services provided outside a CampusCare Health Center. For additional information about benefits, limitations, and exclusions refer to the CampusCare Certificate of Coverage.
