If you do not see a CampusCare Health Insurance Fee charge on your student bill, you are NOT a member of CampusCare and are not charged with the fee on your student account, therefore you are NOT covered under the CampusCare program. If you are having trouble accessing your student account, please contact your department or the accounts Accounts Receivable receivable billing department at UIC at 312-996-8574 to view your student account.

It is the member's responsibility to know whether you are charged and enrolled into CampusCare before accessing care. If you access healthcare and are not a member of CampusCare during the time you saught care, it will be your full finanical responsibility for the medical bill.
