information management plan By the end of the planning stage, the Athena team will develop an information management plan that will contain: the health sciences center’s strategic direction; an analysis of the current information technology infrastructure; a target vision of the infrastructure that will be needed to support the health sciences center in the future; and an implementation plan, which will outline the migration from the current to the target information technology infrastructure. |
