This School of Public Health (SPH) Spring 2018 term Programmer - GA position is for a student who has exceptional learning skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks and possess excellent analytical, listening and communication skills, both oral and verbal; and be able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
We're looking for someone who knows MS SQL, MVC, MS Entity Framework, ASP and ASP.net. MySQL and web services are pluses, but not a requirement.
Some of the job duties include: researching, designing and writing new programs; maintaining existing SPH applications; working with management and users to develop new applications; coding, testing, troubleshooting and debugging; project tasks from design to deployment.
This position is a great opportunity to learn multiple environments, databases, web development tools, system languages and applications.
1) Experience with programming ASP.net and MS SQL.
2) Have some knowledge of content management systems such as WordPress or Drupal.
3) Also have a great understanding of MS Visual Studio.
