Exercise and Breast Cancer Survivors

June 22, 2017

Fight Against Breast Cancer:
Dr. Tracy Baynard in the Department of Kinesiology and Nutrition at UIC is conducting a research study to investigate how brief aerobic exercise affects arterial (large blood vessel) function, particularly in breast cancer survivors. If you are female between 30-55 years of age, who is a breast cancer survivor (or who has not had cancer but is willing to volunteer as a control), you may be eligible to participate. The research involves two study visits to the Integrative Physiology Lab for cardiovascular testing. All participants will be compensated. For more information, please contact Georgios Grigoriadis at 312-996-9607 or email at ggrigo2@uic.edu.
