UIC Business Process Improvement Facilitator Training Program - Fall 2017
Are you interested in developing the technical and leadership capabilities of a great facilitator? Apply for the Business Process Improvement (BPI) Facilitator Training Program. This program helps build “internal consultants” who can lead change within their department and throughout the University of Illinois.
Students accepted into the Fall 2017 Chicago cohort will follow an intensive four-month program designed to develop participants in the art and science of facilitating process improvement efforts at the University of Illinois. Through a combination of classroom training, shared learning, and live project work, participants will develop their abilities to become skilled facilitators.
Graduates from this program should be able to define, plan, execute, and sustain basic process improvement activities without external support. These actions form the foundation to building an organization’s culture of continuous process improvement.
The Fall 2017 program is for University of Illinois employees based on the Chicago campus only.
Application deadline: July 14
For more information about the program including who should apply, class session dates, and a link to the online application, see the BPI Facilitator Training Program site.
